Returns

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival:

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Workshop/event registrations

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened craft supplies

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at aimee@sparklecitylv.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless caused by our error.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing depending on your financial institution.
