Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

During launches, holidays, workshops, or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

We may ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Sparkle City is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sparkle City is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
